  They got excellent sandwiches, the BLT is my favorite personally and their fried foods are AMAZING!!! They have more of a crunch then a soggy taste to them, some places that have fried food would have a soggy taste to them but this places fried foods is all crunch, AMAZING WORK!!!!

  I will NEVER again in life come to this place. We ordered our food and it took almost an hour for us to get our order. Not only did we wait, patiently (on the ouside) I might add, but we done so as we saw customer after customer order and have their food given to them and leave. We even waited so long a whole family came in, ordered, ate and left before we got our less than $20 worth of food (receipt attached). My wait allowed me to witness the staff attitude towards customers while they were there, but the nasty stuff said when some left. They did not seem excited to work there or have a job period for that matter.
  
  To add to the disappointment, we got home to food that was not tasty and a sandwich so soggy it had to be thrown out.
  
  My suggestion would be to go somewhere else. There are plenty of westside treataries that are happy to serve their customers a quality product.

  Arrived at Tony's at about 8:35pm (they close at 9). The drive through lady, Susie, seemed upset that we arrived 25 minutes before closing. To be fair, I'm only off on tuesdays and Wednesday's so this was the only time I had to get shakes for my family. We ordered 1 small hot fudge shake, 1 small cookies and cream shake and 1 large cookies and cream shake. We got our shakes and only the hot fudge shake was correct. The other two were cookie dough shakes, no biggie right I can go explain and they'll fix it. Wrong. My wife took them inside and dealt with Susie repeating over and over about how we got it wrong and it's all our fault. Another female remade the shakes but this time they came out like water.
  
  Crappy customer service by Susie. That was an embarrassment on how to treat your loyal customers. We have been coming here for years and no we'll never return. Great job on losing future business and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know to spend their money elsewhere.

  I have been wanting to try Tony's for awhile and once I finally got to try it I was sadly disappointed. The staff was grumpy and abrupt with all the customers. The coney I had was bland, and the sundae soft serve ice cream was nothing special. The ice cream tasted like something you could get at Dairy Queen but DQ is better.

  I visited here in my search for banana pudding Hershey Ice Cream. Haven't been to a coney island since I left Ann Arbor. They had banana pudding ice cream but not now!!! One server did think they still did, but NO.
  
  Ordered a BBQ beef sandwich and a large drink. Nothing special about the sandwich but they only have Pepsi products - there goes a star.
  
  No A/C at all - there goes another star. Should have taken another star for not being handicap accessible. How in this day and age can a business get away with THAT. By the interior, they have updated since the 1950s so that might be the answer, but that is no reason. EBS would have DEMAND JUSTICE.
  
  Will call to see if they got banana pudding Hershey Ice Cream before I go back. That would be the only reason I would come back.
